Ocean Home Loans is Brad Kirwan, and Brad Kirwan is the home loan guru. We originally used OHL’s Brad’s services in late 2015 to take out a home loan on our current home; and we used OHL’s Brad’s skills once again in early 2018 to refinance for a better interest rate home loan; and for the third time in August/September of 2021 to refinance and to obtain a lower interest rate. My wife and have always been impressed with the level of Brad’s customer service, professionalism and non-judgemental approach when obtaining all that he needs to know from the client to help get the loan approved.
