At first I was hesitant due to the fact I was in Perth and Brad was in QLD. I had just come out of bankruptcy and wasn’t feeling too positive about the prospect of getting another loan. Brad formulated an 18 month plan to me which was impressive due to the fact a pay day was so far away. Cutting a long story short my loan was approved after following Brads advice and my interest rate was as low as someone with a good credit rating. The online information and application submission tool was a god send and minimised the paper work required. Brads knowledge of the WA housing market was also second to none.
